Trance Energy 30-09 Thialf, Heerenveen
It was #&!* busy, over 20.000 people!!
When we got in after almost an hour waiting, Rank 1 just played their last song (Superstrings).
Immediately I noticed, that the sound and light weren't as good as on Mysteryland.
After Rank 1 it was time for Yves de Ruyter.
This guy played some older and more known songs, but it was a fine set. When he finished a guy came up and he started to thank everyone for this great evening.
Then he introduced himself; it was Duncan from ID&T!
He had lost his brother a few weeks ago of an car accident (what the most of you probably already knew). He wanted everyone to hold their lovers/brothers/sisters/friends and make this the best night of your live 'cause maybe he or she wouldn't be there the next day. I saw a lot of people doing that!
Finally he played his brothers' favorite song (cygnus x - orange theme) and he thanked everyone and his brother for this great evening.... really a beautiful moment!

After that it was time to let Cross (THE man of Mysteryland) spin the wheels of steel. Damn, what a worse set that guy played!!! He absolutely couldn't get the partypeople movin and when also the sound fell out, people started to whistle and shout at him!
Then Marco V came up (the worst DJ of Mysteryland), but to my surprise he played a really nice set!
Johan Gielen couldn't also play such a good set as he did on Mysteryland, but it was nice (a lot of the same songs as on Mysland, but I missed some good songs)
And then...... DJ JEAN!!!! The man where we came for, we thought he would get the whole partycrowd movin and we hoped he could make us fly......
But #@$^%$* what a superworse set he played, it had nothing to do with trance, but it was more clubtechno!! Really disappointed we went home.

Too bad, he really could have made the evening, 'cause the other ones hadn't done that.
Light and sound wasn't great, one of the foammachines didn't even work and the DJ's weren't great so I'll have to give this party a 5,5.
